He will then make his own visual inspection of you home, addressing your concerns and making general observations of the various fit and finishes of your home, the foundation, and any levelling problems. He will then apply the 'evidence' taken from his observations and determine a cost effective repair. He may utilize the expertise of a structural and/or goetechnical engineer to detemine a repair that will ensure that all building codes are met. A contract will be mailed to your home outlining an appropriate repair that can be performed to restore the equity in your home.
